Mai 2009 &#8211; Marrakesch"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Heute flogen wir mit Easyjet von Basel nach Marrakesch. Wir landeten kurz nach 7 Uhr morgens in Marrakesch und nahmen ein Taxi zu unserem Hotel namens &#8222;Morrocan House&#8220;, das ich \u00fcber booking.com reserviert hatte. Obwohl dieses Hotel etwas ausserhalb war, sprach es mich an, da es nicht so teuer war, wie Riads in der Altstadt, typisch marokkanisches Interieur und eine tolle Dachterrasse nahmen wir ein Taxi, um in die Altstadt zu fahren. Wir gingen kreuz und quer durch die Souks und irgendwann kamen wir in das F\u00e4rberviertel. \u00dcberall hing Garn zum Trocknen, das in grellen Farben erstrahlte. Als wir an einem Trog mit roter Farbe stehenblieben, kam wir sofort mit einem Mann ins Gespr\u00e4ch. Die Marokkaner in den Souks erkennen sofort die Nationalit\u00e4t jedes Besuchers und so sprach er uns gleich auf deutsch an. Ob wir Lust h\u00e4tten, mal einen Turban zu testen, fragte er. Die Gesch\u00e4ftst\u00fcchtigkeit der Marokkaner kennend, stimmten wir nur z\u00f6gerlich zu. Aber das Ergebnis lohnte sich &#8211; aus mir wurde ein blauer Tuareg und aus Karin eine M\u00e4rchenprinzessin. Wir alle lachten herzlich und wurden zum Dank eingeladen, auf die Dachterrasse des Hauses zu steigen. Von dort hatte man einen Blick auf die \u00dcberreste des ehemals beeindruckenden F\u00e4rbviertels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-2 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-3 is-layout-flex Das Holz wurde mit einer Art Geigenbogen vor und zur\u00fcck gedreht, w\u00e4hrend der Fuss das Drechseleisen hielt. Er stellte Grillspiesse her. Hier gab es jede Menge Gark\u00fcchen, in denen marokkanische Gerichte angeboten wurde. St\u00e4ndig wurden wir von Leuten angesprochen, die uns zu ihrem Stand leiten wollten. Wir suchten uns schliesslich einen Tisch aus und a\u00dfen toll schmeckende Fleischspiesse und Gem\u00fcse. Jetzt in der Nacht konnte man erst sehen, wie gross die Vielfalt an verschiedenen Designs war. \u00dcberall auf dem Platz standen W\u00e4gen, die frisch gepresste Obsts\u00e4fte anboten und auch wir konnten nicht widerstehen. \u00dcberall trafen wir freundliche Shopbesitzer, die meine Erfahrungen aus dem Jahr 1976 verblassen liessen. Niemand dr\u00e4ngte uns irgendwas zu kaufen und wir konnten in Ruhe alle Auslagen besichtigen. Der Platz faszinierte uns und so blieben wir bis fast Mitternacht und fuhren dann mit dem Taxi zur\u00fcck zum Hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-2 is-cropped
