Sie haben ihre Eisw\u00fcrfelboxen weich geklopft und alle Eisw\u00fcrfel lautstark in ihre K\u00fchlbox fallen lassen. Haben die Hauptstra\u00dfe abgeklappert auf der Suche nach Leoparden und L\u00f6wen. Es gab wieder viel mehr Tiere, aber auch mehr Autos. Achim bekam endlich den letzten der Big Five zu sehen, diverse Rhinos kreuzten unsere Wege, nein sie gingen gem\u00e4chlich parallel zu uns. Sogar eine Mama mit Jungem. Nein, es war wirklich sch\u00f6n, die Landschaft war wieder abwechslungsreicher und wir konnten auch die Koppies sehen (aus Achims Buch, die Begegnung mit der L\u00f6wen) ! Zwischendurch fuhren wir noch zu einer angeblichen Elefantentr\u00e4nke, da standen zig Autos in einer Reihe. Und nicht die Elefanten im Pool waren das Objekt der Begierde, sondern zwei L\u00f6wen-P\u00e4rchen, die sich faul in der Sonne aalten. Ein Auto hielt den besten Platz, alle anderen wechseln ab, um jedem die Chance auf ein Foto zu geben. Eigentlich wollten wir noch weiter Richtung Blyde River Canyon, aber da sah Achim den Reptilienpark und konnte nicht widerstehen. Es war auch echt interessant, vor allem die Schlangen. Ich durfte eine nette Boa um mich tragen. Ganz sch\u00f6n schwer so ein Teil. Der Typ, der uns alles m\u00f6gliche \u00fcber Schlangen erz\u00e4hlt und gezeigt hat, empfahl uns auch noch eine Lodge zum \u00dcbernachten, aber inzwischen war es zu sp\u00e4t zum Weiterfahren 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn, es begann eine kleine Odyssee der \u00dcbernachtungssuche, die in einem sauteuren, aber dunklen &#8211; da kein Strom &#8211; vier Sterne Hotel endete f\u00fcr schlappe 150 \u20ac die Nacht. Wir waren beide ziemlich geschockt, aber wir hatten keine Wahl. Wasser. Ich war ziemlich sauer. Also gingen wir runter ins Restaurant zum Essen und beschwerten uns auf dem Weg dorthin nochmals. Sie m\u00f6chte morgen fr\u00fch \u00fcber den Preis mit uns reden.
