September 2008 &#8211; Singapore"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Unser Hotel lag in der N\u00e4he des Clarke Quai, nur ein paar Schritte zum Riverside Point. Am Flussufer gab es jede Menge Restaurants und Pubs. Abends war hier jeder Platz besetzt. Wir nahmen die U-Bahn, hier MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) genannt, um in der Stadt herum zu kommen. Interessanterweise d\u00fcrfen Durians (Stinkfrucht) nicht in der U-Bahn bef\u00f6rdert werden und Rauchen in der U-Bahn wird mit 1000 Singapur Dollars (etwa 600 Euro) bestraft. Die U-Bahn und die Haltestationen sind klinisch sauber. Das gilt f\u00fcr ganz Singapur, zumindest f\u00fcr die Bereiche, die wir besucht haben. Gegessen hatten wir in einer der vielen Gark\u00fcchen, die eine grossen Auswahl, sehr leckeres und preiswertes Essen bieten. Hier essen vorwiegend die Einheimischen und diese Gark\u00fcchen zogen uns magisch an, da man neben Essen auch viel beobachten konnte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-2 is-cropped 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach Sonnenuntergang \u00f6ffnete der Nachtzoo in Singapur &#8211; unseres Wissens war das der einzige Zoo der Welt, in dem man nachtaktive Tiere Asiens beobachten konnte. Nachdem wir durch ein Gehege mit Flederm\u00e4usen gegangen waren, indem fast jede Frau herumkreischte, denn die Flederm\u00e4use flogen ziemlich dicht an den Besuchern vorbei, bestiegen wir eine kleine Bahn, die die Besucher durch den Zoo fuhr. Leider war das Licht nicht ausreichend, um sch\u00f6ne Fotos zu machen und Blitzlicht war aus verst\u00e4ndlichen Gr\u00fcnden nicht erlaubt.
